Our Programs
Education
Artlandish, brings visual arts and dance classes to the community free of charge. Children, teens, and adults as well as older adults benefit from weekly classes and culminating performances. Teaching artists work to impart skills, facilitate the growth of personal strength and confidence, foster gains in self-esteem, and provide a creative outlet for participants resulting in a sense of belonging, increased hope, and greater overall optimism. Members of our program come from all backgrounds and economic strata.
Artlandish classes are completely free to the students and funded by your donations!
Exhibits and Performances
Artlandish facilitates professional performances by guest artists, produces pop-up exhibits, hosts beach jams, community days, free classes, and educational opportunities for teachers and adults.
Fundraising for the future
Fundraising is what makes these programs possible. Sponsor a class and change lives! We need to reach our goal of $1,500 per class. At this time we have just completed our 2022 year. In 2022 Artlandish provided two semesters of dance classes and culminating performances in Los Angeles group housing shelters in addition to our Bay Area visual arts spring class which took place in a school setting. We need donations for 2023. Our program goals include summer community beach jams, performances, and fall education programs. Thank you for giving.
